It seems that the extension style sheet used to export to mwiki, is category X:

FWIW, looking at the history is interesting:

1) It appears the MW extension was originally integrated so the change
would actually be a revert.
2) the file was added in CWS mva23issues03, so Oracle should have
a contorl over it. Alternatively the author may still be available.

Nothing in the history, nor in bug 48409 explains why this file has this
license, and if the copyright was jointly assigned to Sun.
The fact that the license was never changed indicates they simply took the
file, with a compatible license (at that time).
