[PR] lsp.client: mark occurrences sidebar and make occurrences highlighting configurable [netbeans]

Important observations:
1. The usages of the `heroes` members are not only highlighted in the code, but also on the right sidebar
2. The cursor is not over `heroes` anymore, yet the highlight is retained, as no other highlighting is active (this is the result of the "Keep Marks" setting)
