I don't know anything about RelaxNG, if that is your choice that's fine
by me. We will probably use XSD schema, so I'll keep them updated anyhow.
If that's fine for you, I'll make an XSD schema for all the xml formats
currently in use and post them to this list for review. I'll also make one
for the 'svn --info v2' & 'svn --proplist' when those DTD's are final.

If I find some time I'll check on RelaxNG, if it's really that easy to
understand and write I'll be able to generate those files without much
additional effort :)
