new features

Hi,

I put in the CVS tree all new files from vincent.
Uncluding : Gradients classes both in util/awt/ and
in the bridge. New classes also have been added to
gvt/ (previously added to refimpl/gvt by vincent).

I have tested many svg files and it seems that there
is no regression.

events, linking, text, shapes, filters, mask, viewBox
and the huge documents still work !
