[jira] [Created] (TOMEE-1924) change default json provider

Matthew Broadhead created TOMEE-1924:
----------------------------------------

             Summary: change default json provider
                 Key: TOMEE-1924
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-1924
             Project: TomEE
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: TomEE Core Server
    Affects Versions: 7.0.1
            Reporter: Matthew Broadhead

7.0.1 seems to use johnzon as the default json provider. 1.7.3 defaulted to jettison from cxf package i think? i have a need to use jaxb annotations specifically @XmlElementWrapper. these seem to be ignored by johnzon. i have seen that i can specify jettison on a per webapp basis but this is time consuming. is there a way to make johnzon respect jaxb annotations? if not then is there a way to set tomee to default back to jettison? i tried to change to johnzon annotations but there is no documentation on changing from jaxb annotations specifically @XmlElementWrapper.
