As Steve says, downloading BCEL will fix (or has fixed) your problem.

There is no discrepancy between your source and binary, BTW. Since the exception
thrown is a NoClassDefFoundError, rather than ClassNotFoundException, it
indicates that the problem is occuring when loading / resolving JavaClassHelper.
