   maven-docck-plugin looks not maintained by long time ...
   
   Example use in m-install-p give an output:
   
   ```

   [INFO] Mojo extractor for language: java found 0 mojo descriptors.

     [ERROR] pom.xml is missing the report plugin: maven-javadoc-plugin.
