Releasing Apache LDAP API 2.0.0-AM1

Hi guys,

I think we are ready for a release of teh LDAP API 2.0.0 first milestone.

Keep in mind that the 'A' in AM1 is just for the sake of keeping OSGi
happy, so that AM1 < GA (lexycographically speaking).

So starting the release process now...
