Hello andre07, look like me if you could explain more clearly your problem, but
from what I understand you want to copy the contents of cells and paste c1-c10
f1-f10 if so I do not see the problem as not yields jump as you say no to paste
the contents to f10.

Now if it is not, I hope you can explain more clearly a little more about your
problem and try to help with taste.
