Question about password-db

Greetings

I have a situation where I have about 200 repositories that share a
central password-db as defined in the individual svnserve.conf files.
What I need to do is add an extra user to just one of the
repositories.  So it needs all the standard people plus 1 more.  Is
there a way for me to do this?
