Maybe this one is more easy to test?
class dummy {
     public function __construct(
             public string|object|null $a,
             public string|null $b,)
    {
        $this->a = $a;
        $this->b = $b;
    }
}

$dumb = new dummy(b:'b first', a:'a first');
