Purchase Order Shipping

Hello all, I am having a problem with purchase orders. How do you add the
shipping and handling from the supplier?  

I'm sorry it this is discussed elsewhere but i haven't been able to find the
answer

Hello,
When you receive inventory then it automatically creates a new purchase 
invoice.
