The current idea (pending lazy concensus) is

1) have full language versions on SF each approx. 150Mb
2) have 1 version of ASF that contains all languages currently approx 200Mb.

@henkp: can you please confirm, that with this approach aoo will have no real delay when releasing (due to mirroring), and infra has no extra work (like with prev. releases).
