[jira] Resolved: (WODEN-91) SOAPHeader.getElementDeclaration is returning null

John Kaputin resolved WODEN-91.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

svn commit: r475781. Fixed by correctly implementing the getElementDeclaration method so that it uses the stored Element qname to retrieve the required ElementDeclaration from the containing Description.

Still need to add a test case to the Woden test suite.

> The implementation of this method returns an instance variable, but this is never set. It's probably old code that doesn't reflect the current derivation model. The fix is to use the Element Declaration qname to retrieve from the Description component the required ElementDeclaration. I'll fix this.
