Xalan Bugs

Bugzilla is up and running ( as some of you are aware... )

For those of you who aren't ,  Xalan has been set up in the bugzilla
database found at http://xml.apache.org/bugs/ .  Last I knew there were not
links from the website so you need to manually enter the URL.  (The links
will be in soon.)

    1. To get an account simply go to http://xml.apache.org/bugs/ and click
"Enter a new bug report"
     2. Your account will be activated almost immediately,  mine was.
     3. You'll probably want to change your password. This is also done
from http://xml.apache.org/bugs/.
