Currently, in Recon, triggering a reprocessing operation leads to *all background tasks* ({{{}ContainerKeyMapperTask{}}}, {{{}NSSummaryTask{}}}, {{{}ContainerHealthTask{}}}, etc.) reprocessing together.
However, in certain cases, a specific task may encounter data corruption or require targeted reprocessing without needing to reprocess the entire set of tasks.

To address this, we propose enhancing the Recon framework to {*}support manual reprocessing of individual tasks{*}.
