[jira] [Commented] (TOMEE-1018) relax tomee-m-p requirement of
having web.xml

jieryn commented on TOMEE-1018:
-------------------------------
This appears to be fixed, I am using tomee-m-p:1.6.0.beta1 and it no longer requires web.xml.
I would resolve this issue as closed, but JIRA is throwing errors.
> relax tomee-m-p requirement of having web.xml

>
> Key: TOMEE-1018
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-1018
> Project: TomEE
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: TomEE Maven Plugin
> Reporter: jieryn
> Priority: Minor
>
> Many other Apache Maven plugins that deal with web applications support operation without a web.xml, for example:
> Please relax TomEE's requirement to have a web.xml for things like tomee:run, etc, wherever it makes sense.
