List of Items to be Validated at Application Deplyment

Hi Devs,

Came up with following tentatively for $subject. Please add any others that
I have missed:

   - aliases/application id (should be non-null, and maybe a validation for
   characters, length, etc.)
   - checking if referred Group definitions are already deployed
   - checking if referred cartridges are already deployed
   - validation of the git repository; can connect using the given username
   and password
