Martin Holz account
The slide-dev mailing list voted a while ago on a new committer, Martin
Holz. He did send in a CLA (as recorded on the foundation CVS in
"clas.txt"), the only thing he needs is a account on CVS. Can someone
take care of that please! :-)

up for Martin.
