WML problem

There is a bug in the Nokia GateWay, it can not
handle encoding in <?xml.. encoding=""?> the right way.

I look into Cocoon sources, but can not find where
I have to change things to suppress this for WML.

Bad news, in france, everybody is using this gateway.

How/Where can I suppress encoding attribute ?
