YourKit licensce

Hi,

I recently requested a couple of 'Open Source usage' licensce from
YourKit for their profiling tools which they agreed too. Craig Russel
brought this to the board, who decided that the donation should be to
the ASF as a whole, rather than a specific project and suggested that
I bring this up here.

The licences are keyed to individual developers, not a project. Other
Apache projects are already using it (FtpServer, Geronimo, Tapestry..)
and they're quite willing to
give licences to other projects (Apache or other opensource projects).

sure how they would make a donation to the ASF as whole given their
setup.
