I think it differs between different versions of windows. Earlier win9x seem 
to require quotes while adding them in on winNT seems to cause errors ;/

I think it should be OK as is - although I haven't tested on Win9X yet. The
quotes just get added right at the end. If they are in the environment
variable, the quotes get doubled up with horrible consequences.

Who thought directories with spaces was a good idea, anyway ? :-)
