Invalid URLs:

* The browseUrl entry in the build.sbt file is incorrect and is not functional. The URL cannot be found, get a "404 - No such project" message.

The browseUrl entry should be "browseUrl = url("https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-daffodil.git")".

*  The "https://daffodil.apache.org/manual/" in the DFDLTutorialStylesheet.xsl file is invalid and not functional, get a "The webpage cannot be found" message. URL "https://daffodil.apache.org/" takes you to the Apache site.
