[Result] [Vote] Apache Lucene.Net 3.0.3 RC2

Alright, times up - looks like we just passssed for RC2 (3 PMC +1s) - but we got a number of votes for RC1 which on the whole is roughly the same.

Congrats to everyone who helped make 3.0.3 successful.
I'll be moving the binaries to distribution and upgrading the nuget packages later this evening
