Looking for info on avalonapi.jar

Hi,

We are using avalonapi.jar file in our current project, which is running on
JDK 1.1.7, and planning to migrate to JDK 1.2.2. I would like to know,
whether we need to update this avalonapi.jar file.

Already I have a jar file (with date stamp of 2/19/2001) and classes under
this jar file with the date stamp of 1/22/2001.
Other than this I don't have any info/documentation on this jar file.

Could some one tell me whether this jar file is compatible with JDK 1.2.2?
