[codec]Binary Class
In version 1.2, and 1.1, I can't found the Binary class , the only
classes that I have in binary package are Base64 and Hex, why and where
I can find it?

This class was never released so you need a nightly build or build it
yourself. The class is called BinaryCodec now.

No. There is a repository list where this kind of thing is being
discussed. See, e.g.

Does this auto-magically push a snapshot up to Ibiblio? If it
does not then those using maven can't see the SNAPSHOT. Nice to
have but by no means required.

Nightly builds of Jakarta Commons components are available here:

You can get it from CVS but a new 1.3 release will be available with
the Binary class within it. So you can either build a snapshot for
yourself or wait for the release.
We might want to think about keeping snapshots up on Ibiblio to
accommodate users like Ernesto.
Cheers,
