   Have you made sure we have test-coverage for every test we delete now? There are a few testcases in there, which seem useful and are still valid. (`invoke an action that exits during initialization and get appropriate error` for example). I suspect there are more.
   
   It'd also be appreciated if you could add a description to the PR stating why you think it is safe to delete these tests without loosing coverage.
