   这个目前这样处理后没有发现内存泄漏的问题。但是发现kafka-logger插件在我们环境中kafka的连接过一段时间会断掉，之后没有重连，导致积压了很多日志在内存，不知道是不是这个原因导致的，目前调整了一下插件的部分逻辑把从缓存取连接换成直接连接kafka，但是还是会出现发送失败的情况，还没有根本解决。
