## What is the purpose of the change

 add some tests for [org.apache.dubbo.rpc.support.RpcUtils](https://github.com/apache/dubbo/blob/master/dubbo-rpc/dubbo-rpc-api/src/main/java/org/apache/dubbo/rpc/support/RpcUtils.java)

## Brief changelog

test RpcUtils.getReturnType
test RpcUtils.getParameterTypes
test RpcUtils.getMethodName
