Add a section similar to this within your <build/> tag in the
project.xml:

<unitTest>
  <excludes>
    <exclude>**/SomeClass.java</exclude>
  </excludes>
</unitTest>

where the contents of the <exclude/> element contain an ant-style
path/path-wildcard expression.
