[PR] [ISSUE apache/dubbo#13862] Migrate dubbo-samples-dubbo to Spring Boot 3 / JDK 17 [dubbo-samples]
L00PLeGeNd opened a new pull request, #1303:

## What
Migrate `2-advanced/dubbo-samples-dubbo` to Spring Boot 3.2.3 and JDK 17, matching the layout already used by samples such as `dubbo-samples-echo`.
## Why
Part of apache/dubbo#13862 (samples on Boot 3 / JDK 17). This module was still on Boot 2.7.8 / Java 8.
## Notes
- No Java source changes — the sample does not use `javax.*` APIs.
- `mvn clean package -DskipTests` succeeds on JDK 17+.

Closing to reduce noise — CI was still red on several JDK jobs and this is outside my current focus. Can reopen later if useful.
