Description:
the new xdoclet plugin (xdoclet-maven-plugin-1.2) only works if xjavadoc-1.0.2.jar is in the xjavadoc groupId.  The current jar is in the xdoclet groupId, so if a new group could be created called xjavadoc with the jar xjavadoc-1.0.2, this would be solved.
