AWS Java SDK 1.11.678 or later (commit 06a2180e) is needed to support AWS IMDSv2.

* Support for IMDSv2 was added in: 1.11.678 of aws-java-sdk (commit 06a2180e)

Currently Ozone is pulling in AWS Java SDK 1.11.615. It would be good to upgrade to a recent version - 1.11.901
