Expected Result:

Error codes are consistent across versions for unchanged functionality.

*Objective:*
Ensure backward compatibility and identify changes or deprecations in CLI commands between two versions of Apache Ignite 3.

PicoCLI generates help for each command, and validation tests can be implemented based on the help command output.
