   The OM/SCM web pages are broken due to the upgrade in HDFS-14729 (which is a great patch on the Hadoop side). To have more stability I propose to use our own instance from jquery/bootstrap instead of copying the actual version from hadoop trunk which is a SNAPSHOT build.
