    Tidy up Authorization section of Security docs
    
    * Mention the authz is disabled by default and enabled via authorizer.class.name
    * ACL is an initialism, so spell it ACL not acl.
    * In examples standardize on "we" rather than having a mixture of "the user", "you" and "we"
    * Link to KIP-11 instead of just referencing it
