[PR] [Improvement-][DOC] Update datasource-setting.md [dolphinscheduler]

   Added in a spoiler for how to setup the mysql-connector-java-x.x.x.jar file for linux users.
   
   
   ## Purpose of the pull request
   Modifying the Readme to add a spoiler for fixing the mysql-connector-j linkage
   when using the standalone server on a fresh install.
   
   ## Brief change log
   - *Added spoiler near top to docs/docs/en/guide/howto/datasource-setting.md
   
   ## Verify this pull request
   This pull request is code cleanup without any test coverage.
   
   It's a readme change with little / no impact.
