Summary: [PATCH] remove reflective toArray calls
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dbrosius@qis.net

calling toArray passing in a 0 lengthed prototype, causes a reflective call to
construct the appropriatedly typed array. By passing in the correctly sized
prototype this secondary object, isn't needed.
