[VOTE] Release Apache James Mailbox 0.2

Hi there,

its time to cut the next release of the Apache James Mailbox project.
This will get used for the upcomming Apache James Server 3.0 beta
release and the upcomming Apache James Imap 0.2 release.

Please review and cast your vote:

The issue I have is not IMHO a blocker (dependencies organisation name)
