Context: on a windows environment within a junit test suite this is not possible to delete the configuration file on tear down,  LogManager.shutdown() is done.

It works fine for an XMLConfiguration.

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Could it be related to an unclosed stream on the properties configuration file ? Possibly handled by PropertiesConfigurationFactory.
