[jira] [Created] (BEAM-8879) IOError flake in PortableRunnerTest

Udi Meiri created BEAM-8879:
-------------------------------

             Summary: IOError flake in PortableRunnerTest
                 Key: BEAM-8879
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-8879
             Project: Beam
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: runner-core, sdk-py-core
            Reporter: Udi Meiri
            Assignee: Kyle Weaver

Running in Py2.7 virtualenv, using this command:
{code}
for i in `seq 100`; do pytest apache_beam/runners/portability/portable_runner_test.py::PortableRunnerTest || break; done
{code}

{code}
self = <contextlib.GeneratorContextManager object at 0x7f922f417b90>, type = None, value = None, traceback = None

    def __exit__(self, type, value, traceback):
        if type is None:
            try:
>               self.gen.next()
E IOError: seek() called during concurrent operation on the same file object

/usr/lib/python2.7/contextlib.py:24: IOError
{code}

So far I've tried this twice and gotten the above failure in 2 different tests:
PortableRunnerTest.test_error_traceback_includes_user_code
and
PortableRunnerTest.test_assert_that
