getVisit

Hi,

Hopefully this is the right place for this kind of posting, if not 
please let me know.

I think that in AbstractEngine.getVisit(IRequestCycle cycle) there is a 
possibility of more than one visit
objects for a singel session, in case of concurrent requests. Maybe 
synchronizing on the HTTPSession
before creating new visit?

I think there is also, if the above happens, there is an engine leak.
