   Needs the following information, in order to be able to effectively troubleshoot
    If Jenkins machines are displaying as offline [https://ci-beam.apache.org/](https://ci-beam.apache.org/) what should you do?
   
   Check for machines with name "[apache-ci-beam-jenkins-1](https://pantheon.corp.google.com/compute/instancesDetail/zones/us-central1-b/instances/apache-beam-jenkins-1?e=13803970,13803205,13804191,13804201,13804391,13807341&project=apache-beam-testing)" on apache beam testing GCP project?
   
   If the machines are running there, try sshing in, and then check for ____________?
   
   Check the network settings, you should specifically look for ___________________?
   
   Try pinging the external IP/hostname? X needs to be able to connect to this host. Here is how to test if X can connect to that host or not. Here is how to troubleshooot that.
   
   
   How do you restart necessary jenkins components?
   
   worker, master, etc.
