Restart Axis

I'll like to restart Axis after i have copy new code and deployed the
wsdd file. E.g.

xcopy *.class C:\Tomcat.5.5\webapps\axis\WEB-INF\classes /S /Y
java org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient deploy.wsdd

To day I do it from the Tomcat manager web page. Can this be done from
the commandline instead?
I'm running Windows an Axis 1.4
