[users@httpd] bandwidth control for apache 2.0?

I've been looking for mod_throttle or mod_bandwidth for
apache 2.0(.47).  Is there any news on these (or an
alternative) for apache 2.0?  all the doco implies that they're
only working for 1.3 at the moment.
