Hi All,
I have created a 4.20.3.0 release candidate (RC2), with the following
artifacts up for testing and a vote:
Git Branch and Commit SHA:

Source release (checksums and signatures are available at the same
location):

The vote will be open for 72 hours (excluding the weekend).
For sanity in tallying the vote, can PMC members please be sure to indicate
"(binding)" with their vote?

Tested upgrade from 4.20.0 to 4.20.3 and the new system VM template
(4.20.2) didn't get registered.
Created an issue here, github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/12934
Other basic VM, volume, etc lifecycle operations worked fine for me.

Tested upgrade from 4.20.0 to 4.20.3 and the new system VM template
(4.20.2) didn't get registered.
Created an issue here, github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/12934
Other basic VM, volume, etc lifecycle operations worked fine for me.
