Force pushed to all three branches with the changes requested from both [~spodxx@gmail.com] and [~iamaleksey] - Aleksey, I've pushed the metrics into {{HintsServiceMetrics}} for 3.11 and trunk only, but not 3.0. If you feel strongly that they need to go into HintsServiceMetrics for 3.0, I'm happy to move it, but it's pretty stark in 3.0.
