With plugin dependency versions specified in the parent in a <properties> element and utilized in a <build><plugins> element children POM fail the requirePluginVersions rule with the message that their dependencies are not valid.

Can't reproduce this in alpha-4. Seems like there is a test to verify properties work now so it must have been fixed. If you have a test case please reopen.
