We now have a Wiki
Hi,
we now have a wiki, and it is over here:

Now we need to fill it with content :-) Those of you interested: Can you
please create a cwiki account for yourself and send your id to this thread?

Hi,
I added you to the wiki.
Also, I added a note wrt. the protobuf version. The Java version doesn't
matter in my own experience. I run Java8 on one of my development
machines and it works just fine.
