Error while Running Tests for Servlet

Hi:

When I tried to invoke the cactus test for Servlet, using the following
command. I am getting error mentioned below. Is this is the issue with the
command or any class path setup.

Command used for execution:
java -Dcactus.config=d:/cactus.txt junit.textui.TestRunner
org.apache.cactus.sample.SampleServlet

Running on:
Web logic: 6.1
OS : NT
Cactus Version: jakarta-cactus-13-1.4b1
